Newly acquired (brand new equipment), this line can slit material ranging from 0.009 in. to 0.140 in. thick. It offers exceptional cutting quality thanks to "eccentric" cutting technology. The high degree of automation of this line also ensures great uniformity in quality from one batch to another.
This line, capable of making up to 15 cuts in thicknesses such as 0.250 in., has been completely refurbished. A new "eccentric" cutting head and conversion to "loop type" contribute to much better cutting quality.
This line, with a capacity of 50,000 lbs (up to 0.140 in. thick), offers exceptional flatness thanks to its "6 high" type leveller.
